HOW THE SILENT AUCTION WORKS
Every other Monday, a new group of sports cards and memorabilia items are made available for bidding for the next two weeks. Every other Saturday an auction will end promptly at 3:00 PM. A registered bidder can write in their bid by entering their bidder number and amount on the item's bid sheet. Whoever has the highest bid entered at the end of the auction is the winner for that item. At the close of the auction, simply collect off the bid board all of the items for which you hold the winning bid and take them to a register to pay the total of the winning bid amounts plus a 10% buyer's premium.
GREAT SELECTION
The bid board will contain a large and diverse group of items up for auction. New and old cards and sports memorabilia representing a variety of sports will be placed up for bid.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Before you can bid, you must register at Stadium Zone and be assigned an official bidder number. You must enter your bidder number on bid sheets for those items on which you wish to bid.
PARTICIPANT AUCTION RULES
You may pick up and pay for all winning bids immediately following the close of the auction but no later than the Saturday following the auction close date. Failure to pick up and pay within this time period will require you to place credit card information on file with Stadium Zone to which we will charge your auction purchases.

Buyers will be subject to a 10% buyer's premium.
CALENDAR OF AUCTION End Dates - All auctions end at 3:00 PM:

- May 26, 2007
- June 2, 2007

STORE CLOSES on June 9nd but please join us on June 29th at 5:30 PM for our final sports collectibles auction at Howard County Fairgrounds in Exhibition Hall #3.

HOW TO BECOME A CONSIGNOR
Stadium Zone in-store silent auctions are consignment auctions. This means that some or all of the items placed for bid belong to consignors. If you would like to sell your sports cards and/or collectibles in the Stadium Zone auctions, you must register with Stadium Zone and be assigned a bidder number.
CONSIGNOR RULES
1. You may place up to 25 items in any silent auction (or more if space permits - consult a Store Manager).
2. Stadium Zone provides bid sheets. Each auction will utilize different color bid sheets.
3. You must complete a bid sheet for each consigned item indicating your consignor no., minimum bid amount & bid increment. The completed bid sheet needs to be affixed to the item with tape or staples. Also list all of your items on a sheet of paper indicating the description and minimum bid for each item.
4. You must deliver your appropriately documented consignment items to Stadium Zone at least 7 days before the next auction date.
5. On the Wednesday following the auction close, you may pick up your auction proceeds less a 10% seller's premium.
